摘要

以水性羟基丙烯酸分散剂为成膜物,添加颜填料、助剂、水及成膜助剂制成A组分,配合亲水性异氰酸酯固化剂B组分制备水性双组分聚氨酯涂料。在淋涂施工方式下,重点讨论了润湿分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂对其板面效果的影响,制备出了性能满足HG/T 4761-2014标准要求的水性双组分聚氨酯工业涂料,已在机电设备领域得到广泛应用。

Abstract

Aqueous hydroxyacrylic dispersant used as a film-forming material,pigments,fillers,additives,water and film-forming additives are added to make component A,and a hydrophilic isocyanate curing agent component B,they are used to prepare an aqueous two-component polyurethane coating.Under the application method of spray coating,three types of additives such as wetting and dispersing agent,defoaming agent and leveling agent influence on the effect of water-based two-component polyurethane industrial coating film surface.Water-based two-component polyurethane industrial coatings with properties that meet the requirements of HG/T 4761—2014 standards have been prepared and widely used in the field of electromechanical equipment.
