摘要

通过对电泳缩孔缺陷问题进行分析,发现形成电泳缩孔缺陷的原因是槽液污染和夹缝油,解决措施是添加防缩孔助剂和降低烘房温度,从而使槽液污染缩孔和夹缝油缩孔问题得到解决。

Abstract

In this paper,through solving the quality problem of crator of electrophoretic paint film on the painting production line,the main reasons for the formation of crator of electrophoretic paint film were found to be tank pollution and slot oil,the solution was to add anti—crator additives and reduce the temperature of the drying room,so as to solve the problems of slot pollution and slot oil crator.
