摘要

对自动喷涂设备及涂装技术的发展和应用进行了综述,介绍了我国喷涂设备和涂装技术的研究现状,指出了我国现阶段的涂装工艺水平存在的缺陷,并提出自动化喷涂是未来涂料工业的发展趋势,研究喷涂工艺自动化技术对促进以机代人在喷涂工序的实施具有十分重要的社会意义、环境意义和经济意义。

Abstract

In this paper,the research status of spraying equipment in the field of coating industry is reviewed.It is pointed out that the main way of coating in China is manual spraying,which is difficult to control the thickness and uniformity of coating accurately.Moreover,the coating contains a lot of organic solvents,which is harmful to the health of spraying workers.The automatic robot spraying can avoid the above problems,and has the advantages of good coating quality and high efficiency.It has been gradually applied in various fields of the coating industry,so the automatic spraying equipment is the development direction and trend of the coating equipment in the future.
