摘要

结合新车型投产过程,介绍了汽车PVC胶密封机器人在涂装生产线的应用及其仿形自主调试过程,着重讨论了机器人喷涂轨迹程序调试的示教设计、调试验证,对过程中出现的重点质量问题进行了分析,并提出了创新性的解决方案。

Abstract

Combined with the production process of the new model,the application of the automotive PVC sealant robot in the coating production line and its autonomously debugging process of profiling are introduced.The teaching design and debugging verification of robot spraying profiling debugging are discussed emphatically,and the key quality problems appeared in the process are analyzed and innovative solutions are proposed.
