摘要

电泳粗糙度和橘皮是评价电泳表面质量的重要参数,介绍了电泳粗糙度和橘皮的定义、检测方法和对整车外观的影响,结合生产实践经验,浅析电泳粗糙度和橘皮缺陷的优化措施。

Abstract

Electrophoretic roughness and orange peel are important parameters for evaluating the surface quality of electrophoresis.The definition of electrophoretic roughness and orange peel,the detection method and the influence on the appearance of the whole vehicle are introduced.The optimization measures of electrophoretic roughness and orange peel defect are analyzed.
