摘要
由于离子液体的性质不同于其他试剂,在电化学研究中被广泛应用于电沉积、电解液中,用于制备航天航空的电池、合金材料等。从普通金属、磁性金属、合金及半导体3个方面总结了近年来离子液体电沉积及采用模板辅助电沉积相关的研究进展,重点关注了电沉积金属及合金的发展,并指出离子液体电沉积现存的问题以及在未来的研究前景,有望应用于高性能表面防护涂层中。
Abstract
Due to the special physicochemical properties of ionic liquids,it has become a better choice for electrodeposited electrolytes.This recent advances electrodeposition in ionic liquid and template-assisted electrodeposition were summarized from three aspects of common metals,magnetic metals,alloys and semiconductors.The development of electrodeposited metals and alloys were focused,and the problems of electrodeposition in ionic liquid and future research directions were pointed out.
