摘要

研究了表调对盐雾腐蚀影响、水质对表调影响、表调槽液老化的评估。结果表明:表调能有效提高电泳涂层盐雾性能;工艺过程中表调槽液电导率≤2000μS/cm,能提升腔体磷化质量及防腐性能,不能仅仅通过表调pH、钛含量来评估表调槽液老化程度。

Abstract

The effects of surface adjustment on salt spray corrosion,water quality on surface adjustment and aging of surface adjustment tank were studied.The results show that the salt spray performance of the electrophoretic coating can be effectively improved by surface adjustment.In the process,the electrical conductivity of the tank is less than 2000μS/cm,which can improve the quality of phosphating and anti-corrosion performance of the cavity.The aging degree of the tank can’t be evaluated only by the pH and titanium content.
