摘要

分析了桥梁波形钢腹板特点及涂层体系要求,简要介绍了桥梁波形钢腹板重防腐涂装工艺和主要设备设计选型。涂装生产线技术先进,工艺合理,物流便捷顺畅,能够满足桥梁钢波形钢腹板长效防腐涂装要求。

Abstract

The characteristics and coating systems of bridge waveform steel ventral plate were analyzed,the heavy-duty coating process and the design selection of major equipment were introduced briefly.Advanced technology,reasonable technology,convenient and smooth logistics of the line were characterized.Need for longtime rust prevention coating of steel ventral plate of bridge waveform was satisfied.
