摘要

介绍了醇溶性无机富锌涂料的制备方法并研究了正硅酸乙酯水解液中水的用量、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、空气湿度和锌粉用量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)改性后涂膜的耐冲击性、柔韧性和附着力都有明显提高;醇溶性无机富锌涂料靠吸收空气中的水固化成膜,空气湿度对固化性能的影响很大,湿度越小,实干时间越长,甚至长时间不会固化,湿度越大,固化反应越快;干膜中锌含量越大形成的涂膜越致密,涂料的初期耐水性、涂膜的附着力和耐盐雾性越好,当正硅酸乙酯水解液中水的用量为10.5 g、干膜中锌含量为80%时,涂膜耐中性盐雾时间可达4200 h。

Abstract

The preparation method of alcohol-soluble inorganic zinc-rich coating was introduced.The effects of water content in hydrolysate of ethyl orthosilicate,polyvinyl butyral,air humidity and zinc powder content on the performance of the coating were studied.The results showed that the impact resistance,flexibility and adhesion of polyvinyl butyral(PVB)modified film were improved significantly.Alcohol-soluble inorganic zinc-rich coatings were solidified by absorbing water in the air,and the air humidity had a great influence on the curing performance.The lower the humidity,the longer the drying time,or even the longer the curing time,the higher the humidity,the faster the curing reaction.The denser the film,the better the initial water resistance,adhesion and salt spray resistance of the coating.When the amount of water in the hydrolysate of ethyl orthosilicate is 10.5 g and the content of zinc in the dry film is 80%,the neutral salt spray resistance time of the coating can reach 4200 hours.
