摘要

讨论了前处理电泳、纯水供给、废水处理、格栅清洗等方面的涂装工艺改进方案,通过这些工艺改进,不仅满足了涂装生产线节能环保、高效高质的需求,而且方便生产人员的维护操作,体现了设备智能化优势。

Abstract

The improvement schemes of the pretreatment and electrophoresis,the supply of pure water,wastewater treatment and grid cleaning are discussed.Through these improvements,it not only meets the needs of energy saving,environmental protection,high efficiency and high quality of painting production line,but also facilitates the maintenance and operation of production personnel,which embodies the advantages of intelligent equipment.
