摘要

简述了目前水资源现状,分析了汽车涂装厂水资源使用现状,并对涂装主要用水工艺进行了分析,设计制作了前处理浓水水循环重复利用设备及空调换热器等高温冷凝水回收设备,对涂装日常用水及排放进行了进一步要求及优化,降低了制造成本。

Abstract

In this paper,the current situation of water resources is briefly described.The use of water resources in automobile painting plant and the main process of painting water are analyzed.The recycling equipment of pre-treatment concentrated water and high-temperature condensate recovery equipment such as air-conditioning heat exchanger are designed and made.The daily water use and discharge of coating are further required and optimized,and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
