主要借助上汽大通涂装车间现有的生产平台,分析和探讨多车型多平台在车间进行柔性化共线生产的瓶颈和措施,结合"工业4.0"的发展趋势,从滑橇搭载和车型识别两方面探讨解决共线发展的问题。

The bottlenecks and measures of flexible collinear production with multi-vehicle and multi-platform on the basis of the existing production platform of SAIC Maxus painting workshop were analysed and discussed.Combining with the development trend of industry 4.0,the problem of collinear development from two aspects of sled loading and vehicle type identification were discussed.
