介绍了全铝车身涂装线工艺规划过程,详细阐述了全铝车身涂装烘干系统设计思路和设计要点,重点介绍了电泳烘干炉和预烘干炉在设计过程中的关注点,通过实例说明了烘干系统应用中的注意事项,总结了全铝车身烘干系统从设计到应用的关键点。

Abstract

The process planning of all-aluminum body coating line is introduced.The design ideas and key points of the all-aluminum body coating drying system are described in detail.The focus of electrophoretic drying furnace and pre-drying furnace in the design process is introduced.The application of drying system is illustrated by examples,and the key points of the all-aluminum body drying system from design to application are summarized.
