摘要

针对汽车涂装过程中产生的批量缩孔问题,总结分析了产生原因,通过规范电泳烘炉油品使用,对现场生产工艺进行严格管控,有效解决了缩孔缺陷,并提出后续预防措施及工艺控制方案。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of batch shrinkage in automobile painting process,the reasons are summarized and analyzed.By standardizing the use of oil in electrophoretic oven,the production process is strictly controlled,and the shrinkage defect is effectively solved.
