摘要

主要介绍了硅烷薄膜前处理工艺在汽车涂装生产线应用中出现硅烷槽液浑浊的问题,以及对电泳膜层橘皮的影响,通过从不同方面验证分析,寻找问题的真因,为环保涂装薄膜前处理工艺在实际应用中的问题解决提供借鉴。

Abstract

The problem of feculent silane bath in the application of thin silane film pretreatment in the automobile coating process and the influence on the orange peel of electrophoretic paint film are introduced.Through verifying and analyzing from different aspects to find the cause of the problem,which provides the reference direction for solving problems in the practical application of environmental coating thin film pretreatment technology.
