摘要

高固体环氧底漆是环保涂料的一大种类,在钢铁上具有良好的附着力和防腐蚀性,广泛应用于钢铁防腐,其良好的附着力是涂料具有优良的长期保护性能的重要保障。主要讨论了施工应用中底材处理、固化剂加量、漆膜厚度、环境湿度等对高固体环氧底漆附着力的影响。

Abstract

High solid epoxy primer is a kind of environmental protection coating,which has good adhesion and corrosion resistance in steel,and is widely used in steel corrosion.Good adhesion is the key to ensure that the paint has excellent long-term protection performance.In this paper,the effects of substrate treatment,curing agent,film thickness and environmental humidity on the adhesion of high solid epoxy primer are discussed.
