摘要

采用乳液聚合方法制备水性丙烯酸乳液,以该丙烯酸乳液为成膜物质制备水性丙烯酸面漆,其各项性能指标可以达到HG/T 4758—2014中Ⅱ型水性丙烯酸树脂涂料标准要求。同时研究了乳液玻璃化温度、成膜助剂用量和配比及其他水性助剂对涂膜性能的影响。

Abstract

The waterborne acrylic emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization,which was used as film forming material to prepare water-based ar.rylic topcoat.The performance indicators can meet the requirements of HG/T 4758—2014 waterborne acrylic coatings standard for type II coatings.The amount and ratio of film-forming agent and the effect of glass transition temperature on the properties of emulsion were studied.
