探讨了美缝剂的黏度设计和包装设计对储运和施工性的影响,分析了美缝剂的黏度设计方式,研究了美缝剂的黏度对下垂度、挤出性的影响,结果表明美缝剂的黏度最佳范围是30000-100000 mPa·s。同时对双管美缝剂混合管、螺帽、管体和尾塞的设计优缺点进行了深入分析。

The effects of viscosity design and packaging design of decorative caulking agent on storage,transportation and construction were discussed.The design method of viscosity of decorative caulking agent was analyzed.The effect of viscosity of decorative caulking agent on droop and extrudability was studied.The results showed that the optimum range of viscosity of decorative caulking agent was 30000?100000 mPa·s.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the design of the mixing pipe,nut,tube body and tail plug of double tube decorative caulking agent are analyzed in depth.
