摘要

含玻璃纤维防热涂料被广泛应用于高超声速飞行器表面热防护。主要介绍了一种含玻璃纤维防热涂料喷涂工艺,针对产生的喷涂缺陷进行机理分析,从涂料黏度、环境温度、喷涂气压、静电释放措施4个方面进行改进,最终有效改善了该类缺陷。

Abstract

Glass fiber coating is widely used in hypersonic vehicle surface thermal protection.The spray technology of thermal protective coating containing glass fiber is introduced.The mechanism of spray defects is analyzed,and the viscosity of coating,environment temperature,spray pressure and electrostatic discharge measures are improved.Finally the defects are effectively improved.
