摘要

介绍了车间纤维缺陷的控制措施,通过作业工艺改善来减少纤维的产生,将控制范围从喷漆区域扩展到整个车间,控制手段从清理作业延伸到喷漆室及车间的风平衡,将纤维监测方法从日常的缺陷分析拓展到对输送系统的检查。

Abstract

The control measures of fiber defects in the painting workshop are introduced.The fiber is reduced by improving the operation process.The scope of control is extended from the painting area to the whole painting workshop.The control means is extended from cleaning to air balance of spray booth and painting workshop.The fiber monitoring method is extended from the daily defect analysis to the inspection of the conveying system.
