从乘用车B柱的设计功能出发,针对涂装电泳质量、涂胶质量以及喷漆质量等的设计与控制进行研究,通过案例分析,提出B柱的质量设计控制要点,说明了在车身数模设计、调试阶段的工艺控制方法。

Based on the design function of passenger car B-pillar,the design and control of coating electrophoresis quality,coating quality and painting quality are studied.Through the case analysis,the quality design points and control points of B-pillar are proposed,the process control method in mold design and commissioning stage are introduced.
