摘要
从水性涂料理化性能、环保性、施工工艺及施工成本分析等方面,通过与溶剂型涂料对比,得出水性涂料综合性能优良,施工V0C排放降低70%以上,施工环境窗口相对较窄,基本能够满足工程机械行业更高的绿色环保涂装要求。但在工程机械行业现阶段推广应用要综合衡量涂料成本、涂装作业量、环保达标排放指标、涂装线体设备改造投入、V0C末端处理设备投入及运行成本等,以降低涂装综合成本,顺应环保绿色涂装的发展方向。
Abstract
From the coating physical and chemical properties,environmental protection,construction technology,construction cost and other aspects,through the use of solvent-based coating contrast,the waterborne industrial coating comprehensive performance is excellent.The content of volatile organic compounds discharged during construction of the waterborne industrial coating reduces 70 percent than solvent-based coating.The waterborne industrial coating requires a little more rigorous environment conditions for construction than solvent-based coating.It can meet the green construction machinery coating requirements and can be promoted in construction machinery application before all factors be analyzed,including the coating cost,painting construction task,investment of painting equipment and other aspects,to realize cost conserved.
