摘要

就石墨烯分散溶液的扩散方法、石墨烯防腐粉末涂料的制备及其在Primid、TGIC和环氧体系中的耐盐雾性能进行研究,并结合红外和DSC分析,探究石墨烯在粉末涂料耐盐雾性能中的具体应用,实现改善耐候、耐老化腐蚀的目的。

Abstract

The diffusion method of graphene dispersion solution,the preparation of graphene anticorrosive powder coating and the difference of salt spray resistance in Primid,TGIC and epoxy system were studied.And the specific application of graphene in salt spray resistance of powder coating was explored by infrared and DSC analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of improving weather resistance and aging corrosion resistance.
