摘要
选用消光剂和助剂进行物理混合,通过预先制备亚浆,有效解决了消光剂在罩面清漆制备过程中的团聚问题,使配方稳定性进一步提升。对消光剂的消光原理进行了理论探讨,重点考察了消光剂的种类及添加量、乳液的种类及添加量、增稠剂体系、分散剂种类等对罩面清漆的影响。结果表明:亚浆中F168消光剂添加量为14%、罩面清漆中亚浆添加量为28%、8626乳液添加量为30%、增稠体系为0.60%TT935和0.05%TT-615、分散剂为B03时,得到的罩面清漆耐沾污性为8%,透水性为2.8 mL,20°、60°、85°光泽分别为1.3%、3.1%、4.7%,并且具有很好的漆膜性能。
Abstract
In this paper,the matte agent and the auxiliary agent are firstly used by physical mixing.In the process of preparing the topcoat varnish,the stability of the matte varnish in the formulation is further improved by preparing the matte paste in advance.The matte principle of matte agent was discussed theoretically.The effects of matte agent,emulsion,thickener system,and dispersant on the varnish were studied.The results indicate that the prepared overcoat varnish has 8%stain resistance,2.8 mL water permeability,gloss of 1.3%,3.1%,4.7%,and also exhibits better coating performance.
