摘要

介绍了在国内首次应用的汽车涂装表面质量自动检测创新技术,对该技术的准确性进行了系统评价,该技术的应用有效减少了缺陷遗漏,提升了车身表面质量和生产自动化率。

Abstract

The first application of automatic quality inspection for automotive surface painting in China was introduced.The accuracy of the technology is evaluated systematically.This innovation technology could reduce the paint defect omission effectively;improve the quality and the production automation.
