摘要

主要介绍了旋转胶枪在发动机盖和行李箱盖自动涂胶中的应用,并对现场出现的PVC残胶问题进行了优化。结果表明:旋转胶枪不仅能实现前后盖客户可见区域外观胶的喷涂,减少劳动力,而且能保证外观质量符合要求。

Abstract

The application of the rotary glue gun in automatic gluing of engine cover and trunk cover was introduced and the PVC residual glue problem was optimized.The results show that the rotary gun can not only realize the spraying of the visible area of the front and rear cover customers,reduce the labor force,but also ensure that the appearance quality meets the requirements.
