摘要

以水性饱和聚酯树脂为成膜主体树脂,以甲醚化氨基树脂为固化剂,以水性脂肪族封闭型多异氰酸酯为内固化剂,以钛白粉、云母粉、六钛酸钾晶须、陶瓷空心微珠为颜填料,在功能助剂、去离子水的配合下制备成隔热中涂漆;以钛白粉、舒热盾、石墨烯、硫酸钡为颜填料,在水性色浆的配合下制备成隔热本色面漆,该中、面配套漆具有绿色环保、物化性能好、隔热效率高等优点。

Abstract

With functional aids and deionized water,the heat-insulating medium coating is prepared by aqueous saturated polyester resin used as a film-forming host resin,the methyl etherified amino resin used as a curing agent,the aqueous aliphatic blocked polyisocyanate as an internal curing agent,titanium white powder,mica powder,potassium hexatitanate whisker and ceramic hollow microbeads as pigment fillers.Under the cooperation of the aqueous color paste,the heat-insulating top coating is prepared by titanium dioxide,heat shield,graphene and barium sulfate used as pigment fillers.The medium and surface matching coating has the advantages of environmental protection,good physical and chemical properties,and high heat insulation efficiency.
