摘要

介绍了汽车水性免中涂工艺的应用背景和工艺路线,针对亚光清漆在免中涂工艺中内板返喷出现的附着力差问题,分析了产生的原因并提出解决措施.

Abstract

the application background and process route of the waterborne middle-coat-free process for automobiles are introduced.Aiming at the problem of poor adhesion of the matt varnish in the back spraying of the inner plate,the causes and proposed solutions are analyzed.
