摘要

介绍了全铝车身在新能源汽车轻量化方面的重要意义,以蔚来ES8涂装线为例,围绕工艺方案、智能装备及产品质量等阐述了基于全铝车身的涂装智能工厂的规划设计.

Abstract

The significance of aluminum body in light weight of new energy vehicles is introduced. Taking the ES8 painting line for example, the planning and design of the intelligent factory based on aluminum body is described around the process plan, intelligent equipment and product quality.
