摘要

阐述了在新工厂新车型投产后,基于工艺和设备,从人、机、料、法、环的角度分析涂装痱子产生的机理,通过实例验证、排查、解决,并提出了后期新工厂面漆痱子再发防止的措施.

Abstract

After the production of the new vehicle model in the new factory,the mechanism of producing prickly hcat in coating Was analyxcd from thc pcrapcctivca of human,machinc,matcrial,mcthod and environment based on the technology and equipment,and the solution was verified through the example,and the measures were provided to prevent the recurrence of prickly heat in the new factory.
