摘要

机器人自动喷涂白车身底涂胶能够有效保证车身涂胶质量的一致性,提高白车身品质,优化操作人员.采用机器人代替人工涂胶已成为一种趋势,本文着重介绍底部涂胶机器人工艺、机器人系统集成技术及其工程实现方法.

Abstract

Robot underbody sealing system can ensure the quality consistency and improve the performance and reduce the operators.It is a trend to apply robot sealing system to replace the manual works.Underbody sealing process and robot system integration are introduced.
