The root causes of electrophoresis secondary flow marks in bending for car’s door are analyzed. A series of measures, such as adjusting and optimizing the position and the diameter of the coating, can effectively reduce the gap in the bending, avoid the effusion of the gap after coating, improve the defect of the secondary flow marsk, and improve the corrosion resistance of the paint film.
