摘要

介绍了双色工艺革新应用及优化,分析了套色车生产能力,同时展示套色工艺流程和工序,推进套色车过线识别方式,解决了侧门框、尾门框漆薄等主要问题,并通过五大方案分析验证,对套色遮蔽方案提出改进优化.

Abstract

The application and optimization of color blending process are introduced, and the production capacity of the color-car in this model is analyzed. At the same time, the double-color process is displayed, the identification method of the color-passing car is promoted, and the problem of the side door frame and the tail door frame are solved. Through the analysis and verification of the five major programs, improvement and optimization of the color-blocking scheme are proposed.
