摘要

喷漆机器人在汽车生产行业中已被广泛应用,如何设计并优化喷涂仿形以确保达到外观质量的目的成为涂装工艺工程师必须考虑的内容.阐述了机器人喷涂参数及仿形调试的相关内容,并结合外观缺陷说明,可以通过优化仿形等系列措施来提升涂装外观质量.

Abstract

Spraying robot has been widely used in automobile manufacturing industry. How to design and optimize the spray profile in order to ensure appearance quality become coating process engineers have to consider the content. In this paper, the relevant contents about robot spraying parameters and copying debugging are expounded, and combining the appearance defects, series measures about optimizing the profile to improve the appearance quality of the coating are illustrated.
