摘要

对有掀背式后背门的新车型在图纸阶段进行排气性分析,对后背门上部的钣金结构进行修改,可使掀背式后背门最上端的气体在前处理电泳过程中完全排出,避免了掀背式后背门上部内外板之间产生积气,从而保证了掀背式后背门上部的电泳漆膜质量,防止掀背式后背门上部发生锈蚀,提高掀背式后背门上部的使用寿命.

Abstract

The exhaust analysis of a new type of car with hatchback tail door is carried out in the drawing stage, and the sheet metal structure of the upper part of the hatchback tail door is modified, so that the gas at the top of the hatchback tail door can be completely discharged during the pretreatment electrophoresis process, thus avoiding the gas accumulation between the inner and outer plates of the upper part of the hatchback tail door, thus ensuring the hatchback tail. The quality of the electrophoretic paint film on the upper part of the door prevents the rust on the upper part of the hatched tail door and improves the service life of the upper part of the hatched tail door.
