摘要

介绍了影响客车金属漆漆膜外观质量的主要因素,探讨了电泳、中涂、膜厚、助剂、稀料等对漆膜外观质量的影响规律,并结合施工现场有针对性地进行了改善。

Abstract

The main factors that affect the appearance quality of metallic paint films for passenger cars are introduced.The effects of electrophoresis,intermediate coating,film thickness,additives and thinners on the appearance quality of paint films are discussed.And targeted improvements are made based on the construction site.
