摘要

通过使用质量分析工具鱼骨图,对电泳摆杆停线的原因进行了全面分析,并制定出合理的措施,提高了设备的运行效率,有效保障白车身的电泳质量。

Abstract

By using the fishbone diagram,the reason of the electrophoretic swinging rod stop line was analyzed comprehensively,and reasonable measures were worked out.The operation efficiency of the equipment is improved,and the electrophoretic quality of the white body is effectively guaranteed.
