摘要

介绍了一种单组分自干水性耐高温防腐涂料的制备方法,以两种水性有机硅树脂乳液为成膜物,从树脂的配比、颜填料的选择、助剂的应用等方面着手,进行了配方优化组合,在利用现有工艺条件、生产设备、涂装设备的前提下,开发出常温自干型耐700℃水性耐高温涂料。

Abstract

The preparation method of one-component self-drying waterborne anti-corrosion coating was introduced.Two kinds of waterborne silicone resin emulsions were used as film-forming materials,from the aspects of resin ratio,selection of pigments and fillers and application of additives,the optimum composition of the formula was carried out.Under the premise of utilizing the existing technological conditions,production equipment and coating equipment,the waterborne high temperature(700℃)coating was developed.
