摘要

主要介绍了水性涂料的综合性能,分析造成水性涂料与溶剂型涂料施工差异的主要原因,归纳新建或者改建水性涂装生产线对设备的相关要求.根据实践经验,列举了水性涂料涂装中的常见涂膜弊病及对应预防措施.

Abstract

The performance of water-based coatings was mainly introduced,and the reasons for the differences of water-based and solvent-based coatings were analyzed,and the special requirements for equipment in new or rebuilt water-based coating spraying lines were summarized.Based on practical experience,common coating defects and preventive measures in water-based coating were listed.
