摘要

以双组分水性环氧树脂为主要成膜物制备了施工性能良好的水性环氧淋涂漆,详细讨论了不同水性环氧树脂、消泡剂及其用量、流变助剂及其用量对淋涂漆施工性能的影响.结果表明:选用高分子量的水性环氧树脂可以延长活化期,达到淋涂施工的要求;复配使用两种聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂和脱泡剂,可以实现完全消泡;复配使用缔合型聚氨酯与无机膨润土来增稠,满足了淋涂施工的流变性能要求.

Abstract

In this paper,waterborme epoxy coating for shower coating was prepared by water-based epoxy resin as the main forming film.The effects of different waterborme epoxy resins,defoaming agents,rheological additives and their dosage on construction performance of the shower coating were discussed in detail.The results show that the high molecular weight waterbome epoxy resin can prolong the activation period and meet the requirements of shower coating construction,and combined using polyether-modified silicone antifoaming agent and defoaming agent can reach completely defoaming.In addition,the combination of associative polyurethane thickener and inorganic bentonite can meet the requirements of rheological performance.
