摘要

以饰面型防火涂料制备工艺为研究对象,考察了饰面型防火涂料在制漆过程中功能助剂、填料的加料顺序、分散工艺及研磨方式对饰面型防火涂料制备效率的影响.结果表明,功能助剂的前添加能极大地提高分散介质对粉料的润湿,提高制漆效率.最后对涂料生产过程中的影响因素进行总结归纳,确定了最佳生产工艺.

Abstract

In this paper,the preparation process of decorated fireproof coating was studied,and the effects of the adding sequence of functional auxiliaries,fillers and dispersion process on the preparation efficiency of decorated fireproof coating were investigated.The results show that the former addition of functional additives can greatly improve the wetting of powder by dispersing medium and improve the efficiency of paint making.Finally,the influence factors in the process of decorated fireproof coating production were summarized.
