摘要

为提高冷轧汽车板在整车道路强化腐蚀试验中的防腐性能,通过深入研究对比不同电泳漆和磷化材料对冷轧板防腐性能的影响,发现提高磷化槽液中游离F-含量,可以有效提升冷轧汽车板的防腐性能,改善效率可达150%,这为冷轧板在未来新车型上外覆盖件的使用提供了更充足的依据.

Abstract

In order to improve the anti-corrosion performance of cold-rolled plate in vehicle accelerated corrosion road test,the effects of different electrophoretic paint and phosphating materials on the anti-corrosion properties of cold-rolled sheet were compared through in-depth study.It was found that increasing the content of free F-in phosphating tank could effectively improve the anti-corrosion performance of cold-rolled plate,which was improved by 150%.This could provide a more abundant proof for the use of cold-rolled plate in new models in the future.
