摘要

主要介绍涂装同步工程分析过程如何利用EcoatMaster电泳仿真软件分析白车身关键腔体电泳漆膜厚度,如A柱、B柱、门槛等腔体的电泳效果及膜厚情况,以及如何应用EcoatMaster电泳仿真软件优化车身内腔钣金结构.

Abstract

How to use electrophoresis software to analyze the key cavity anticorrosion electrophoretic effect and coating is introduced,such as the electrophoretic effect of A pillar,B pillar,threshold and other cavities as well as the film thickness,and how lo use EcoatMaster electrophoresis simulation sofiware to optimize the inner cavity sheet metal structure of the body.
