摘要

优选丙烯酸酯及其衍生物为涂料主单体,以丙烯酰胺、丙烯腈为改性单体,并适当搭配功能性原料,最终研制出一种具有良好综合性能的丙烯酸酯乳液型防水涂料。分析了丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺等原料用量以及涂料软硬单体配比对改性丙烯酸酯乳液型防水涂料性能的影响。结果发现:选用丙烯酸4份、丙烯酰胺0.7份、丙烯腈6份,同时软硬单体(BA/MMA)质量比为1∶1时最佳,按此配方可以研制出具有优异耐水性、耐老化性的改性丙烯酸酯乳液型防水涂料。

Abstract

The good comprehensive performance acrylic latex waterproof coating was prepared by acrylic esters and their derivatives as the main monomers of coatings, with acrylamide and acrylonitrile as modified monomers, and appropriate functional materials. During the test, the influence of the amount of raw materials such as acrylic acid and acrylamide and the ratio of hard and soft monomers on the performance of the modified acrylic emulsion waterproof coating was analyzed. It was found that 4 parts of acrylic acid, 0.7 parts of acrylamide and 6 parts of acrylonitrile were selected, and the ratio of soft and hard monomers(BA/MMA)was 1∶1. According to this formula, excellent water resistance and aging resistance can be developed modified acrylic latex waterproof coating.
