摘要
采用30%豆油酸、17%季戊四醇、5%二乙二醇、16%苯甲酸、4%对苯二甲酸为反应原料,以4%甲基三乙氧基硅烷作为改性材料,以8%乙二醇单丁醚和16%的水作为兑稀溶剂,制备了一种低VOC有机硅改性水性醇酸树脂。该树脂既拥有醇酸树脂本身较好的光泽、施工性等特点,同时也具有有机硅树脂优异的耐候性及耐化学品性,其所制备的涂料VOC含量极低,符合国家的环保要求,属于新型环境友好型涂料。
Abstract
The low VOC silicone-modified waterborne alkyd resin are prepared by using 30% soy oleic acid,17% pentaerythritol,5% diethylene glycol,16%benzoic acid and 4%terephthalic acid as reaction raw materials,4%methyltriethoxysilane as a modified material,8%ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 16%water as dilute solvents.The resin not only possesses the good gloss and workability of alkyd resin itself,but also has excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance of silicone resin.The VOC content of the prepared coating is extremely low,which meets the national environmental protection requirements and belongs to a new type of environmentally friendly coating.
