摘要

围绕车身顶盖PVC焊缝密封胶在烘烤中出现开裂、鼓包、起泡等故障现象,从焊装及涂装车间现场进行问题分析及验证,阐述了该类故障的解决与预防措施。

Abstract

Based on the failure phenomena of the cracks,bulges and blisters of PVC sealant on welding seam of car body roof,the problems are analyzed and verified from the welding plant and the paint plant,and the solutions and preventive measures of this kind of faults are expounded.
