摘要

主要围绕新建电泳线在投槽使用及爬坡阶段现场出现的电泳漆膜针孔质量缺陷,进行一系列的科学分析、排查、验证.为此类过程中出现的该问题提供解决方法与经验,对快速找到问题的根本原因、高效解决问题、恢复正常生产并达到规划产能有重要的意义.

Abstract

A series of scientific analysis,screening and verification were conducted on the quality defects of electrophoresis coating pinhole in the application of newly built electrophoresis line in the tank bath build stage and the ramp up phase.It is of great significance to provide methods and experience for this problem in this kind of process,quickly find the root cause of the problem,solve the problem efficiently,restore normal production and achieve design capacity.
