摘要

以某条新建涂装生产线的设计和应用为例,简述了在线备用水泵、迷宫式喷槽、隐藏式返回轨、滑动式和升降式喷淋等的结构及功能,并通过样车调试验证了新结构具有良好的使用效果。新结构不仅使涂装车间实现了降本增效,而且为将来的设计提供了新思路。

Abstract

Taking the design and application of a new painting production line as an example,the structure and functions of on-line stand-by water pump,labyrinth spray tank,hidden return rail,sliding and elevating spray,etc.was described,and well verified.With the help of the new structure,the painting workshop has reduced cost and increased efficiency.
