摘要

介绍了上汽集团泰国工厂涂装车间概况和工艺设备,分析了制约车间产能提升的因素,并提出相应解决措施,最终达到了设计产能。

Abstract

Firstly,the process equipments in SAIC(Thailand)painting workshop are introduced.Secondly,the factors that restrict the increase of workshop capacity are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Finally,the design capacity is reached.
