摘要

以上汽大通涂装车间在C2B模式下的机运设备兼容性问题、配置单识别车型和颜色问题、多平台共线搭载问题等为研究对象,应用工业工程思想与IE工具进行改善,从而解决定制化多变的配置与颜色识别、多平台共线生产问题。

Abstract

The equipment compatibility problems,identify single configuration models and colors and multiplatform collinear problem occurred in C2B model are studied.The application of industrial engineering ideas and IE tools to improve,so as to solve customized various configuration and color recognition,multi-platform collinear production problems.
